Apart from the standard information in any CV, the following must be included when submissions are made:

• Copies of all Diplomas relating specifically to Dancing.
• Photos: One head and shoulders, one full lenght photo and photos of you dancing.
• A short digital video showing your dancing talents if possible.
• Your current height and weight.
